Re: [Gabo] Fatality Norway
The article says that this is a man from Trondheim, which is a city in Norway, other norwegian media report that it is a norwegian man in his 30s.

There was also a video of the rescue attempt on norwegian television, the man was still attached to his parachute when the rescue helicopter came, and he was blown off the ledge he was on.

I don't know anything more about the incident. Name is not released.

That is correct, although he was already dead at this point.

Re: [elduderino] Fatality Norway
The jumper died on impact at terminal velocity from the "StabbeWall" which is by the side of the "TrollWall" but still within the illegal zone. The jumper flew a wingsuit, and the reason for the fatality is not known but a stallout is a probability.
A rescue helicopter witch was sent up to get the body down generated a downdraft witch made the parachute catch air, and moved the body down to another ledge. A doctor in the helicopter concluded before the attempt that the jumper was dead, so a mountain rescue team was sent up today to secure the body and return it back down. The rescue is now at and end, and the body is sent to Trondheim for a standard autopsy.

The name of the jumper is known within the community, and is a man known under the alias "Tigern".

Fly free tiger, nothing but sad...

Do you know approximately what the distance and height from the exit to the point of impact was? Is there any feature on this jump you need to outfly?
