Re: [ozflyer] Tracking pants
The Birdman pantz are more about fashion than function. If you're looking for performance, just making your own pair of 10 dollar smoke pants is going to work better than the Birdman pantz.

Phoenix Fly tracking pants are much more functional.

I've also heard good things about the Pressurized ones, but don't have any firsthand experience with them.

If I was looking to buy a pair of tracking pants from a manufacturer (as opposed to just making some), I'd go with Phoenix Fly.

Re: [TomAiello] Tracking pants
I have used homemade, Birdman, Phoenixfly rev1, and Pressurized. I like Pressurized the most, as they are VERY sturdy and have a wing-ish feature at the crotch. That makes them alot harder to climb A's with though.

Birdman are a waste of time in my experience, and hey don't even look that good :(

I designed my own 10 years ago. it is much faster than inflatables in the beginning of the flight but seems to be be slower on full track speed. Or maybe I just don't know how to fly it. I did cover 225m in 9 secs at #7 Kjerag with a running exit.
Here is a clip from ITW.

Your sense of time is different from us normal jumpers.
You live in a a faster dimension. I have the photo to prove it. You don't have to look at the photo but I just want others to know what you look like at a shutterspeed of 500 when you are not posingWink but actually moving.

Phoenix dude Phoenix!!! I have Phoenix suit and my buddy jumps birdman, I enjoy pointing and laughing as I blow by him and watch the seperation grow off 2000's. Also the booties on birdman are...an issue unless you gear up on the top of the object...if you have a platform, and in the dark that can be nerve racking.
