Saturday's Excitement
Please note: I realize this is mostly a skydiving story but I no longer visit dz.com unless I am
selling gear so I decided post it here.
2nd load of the day and I have a cute 29 y.o.
celebrating her birthday with a tandem jump.
Exit and freefall were smooth followed by my
first real deal malfunction. It was a line over,
Mae West style, and spinning quickly.
While I did not pack the main I did pack the
reserve (under supervision) so I now have
my 1st "Save".
Bonus: got the whole thing on video since
I was wearing my hand-cam plus both the
freebag and main landed on the dz, the
latter in a tree but recovered all the same.
