a 31-year old dutch woman injured at a cliff of the Kanisfluh/ Mellau heavily.
The woman jumped off on Friday in free case, impacted however shortly after opening the canopy. She jumped over the cliff, might not have noticed thereby however that she had too little altitude to fly over the talus. She steered into a channel and pulled. Immediately after it the woman fell in a about 70 degrees steep talus, where she remained heavily injured.
Her friend wanted to call ambulance with the mobile phone, had however no network service. He decided to jump from the cliff too and could land safe.
From there it alarmed the rescue team. These brought the woman to the national hospital to Feldkirch. She suffered heavy head and pelvis injuries, is however according to information of the helicopterteam not in mortal danger.
