Hi guys !

I've seen a lot of wingsuit proximity flying and I was wondering if jumpers have to check for wind turbulence when flying over an open terrain bordered by a tree line. Could they could be affected by that ? Thanks a lot !

Feeling turbulence in freefall with wingsuit is a common occurrence. Knowing the right conditions to fly proxy / terrain is one of the survival skills.

Ok that's what I thought. So it must take some time to prepare such a jump ?

it takes time to prepare for any jump. they all present unique challenges.

how can anyone minimize risks if they fail to identify them?
