Cleaning velcro
After a few years of cleaning out the hooks of the velcro on my rigs, tedious and annoying, is there a special little trick anyone has for this? or am i just going to have to pick at it whenever there is any excessive buildup of carpet/hair/lint/weeds/any other random stuff that ingrains itself into it over a few jumps/pack jobs?

I've found a stiff brush, like one you use to clean your nails, works pretty well. They're like a buck at most drug stores.

I got a cool tool at the Sportman's Wearhouse in TF for about 3 bucks made just for cleaning velcro, but easier than that is take another piece of hook velcro and drag it across the piece you want to clean a few times.

If you want to be really fancy sew a loop handle to it and call it a "tool".

Try rub it on your scrotum, free.

Damn it... I tried and it didn't seem to work very well. Pain is the word of the last few minutes, did I do it wrong?

The moon tower is looking good there Avery. It's 10 minutes from my house now so say the word.

Try using a 'stitch unpicker' thats used in sewing or rigging.
