opening an object is one of the biggest achivements you can do in BASE.. doing the resarch,climb it for the first time and then jump it.. its cool,i hope you open many more

By "opening" IT, do you mean , You were the first ever to do so, or do you mean You Knew nothing about the object and went forward on your own?
Because in this day and age i'd find i hard to believe you'd be the first to jump any antenna unless it was just constructed?
Not trying to pee on your parade, but just mainly wondering what Your definition of Opening was?

Well it certainly wasn't "just constructed"...so it very well may have been done in the past. Hell, it could have been jumped the day before by some quiet local. But it is in a very rural area and there are no (known) active jumpers for hours and the closest ones think that it has never been jumped. So maybe we were the first...maybe not.
From all we can tell, it had never been jumped, and from our perspective, it was the same experience (research of the area, scouting the site, climbing it, and doing the jump.)
In the grand scheme of things...it doesn't really matter....Like you said....we had fun regardless.

I am very happy when I open some A's around my area.... everything average 180ft......
You should be proud about your 265 ft.....
