I remember seeing these out there soon after 9/11. But back then they cost maybe 4-5 grand - would have just been cheaper to buy a base rig.

I was going to say it looks like it would make a great water rig, but the Apex DPw is about the same price...

I'm not a rigger but I have always considered F-111 and zp to be two different materials.

F-111 and Zero permeability start out as the same thing. much quicker than ZP, f-111 loses that zp coating.

What do you think the chances are that one of those will ever be used successfully to escape a burning building or maybe just to avoid walking by the boss on the way out of the office so he can't ask you to come in on Saturday.
