I was just thinking today about the video you showed me when the guys made a little music video on a windy day...

Yes, that was a brand new Precision Interceptor. It was before there were any real BASE canopies available. And the Interceptor was, because it was built for CRW, one of the few skydiving canopies built with any decent reenforcement. (In this case in the nose, tail, and in the center cell.)

In those days we were doing mostly slider down building jumps and figured we'd be all right as long nothing blew up.

That third jump where I landed hard was a left side Zoo Toggle being stuck and I just creamed in where I knew it was soft, but also dry, as the water was freezing cold.

We had a lot a trouble with toggles in the 80s . . .
