The Tracking Suit question again.
Phoenix Fly Tracking suit - ?Better quality
Matter Tracer - ?Looks like it flys well
Pressure suit - ?Bigger surface area

The above is an abbreviated version of my research.
I'm looking at using it for skydiving at first and maybe for BASE later on if I end up making that trip to Norway one day.
Most people seem to be using the PF these days but is that more a matter of aggressive marketing or is it a way better option? All thoughts and/or advice is welcome. If you don't want to flame any particular product publicly you can PM me.

Also the BM Impact and the 'semi' w/suits... PF Prodigy and S-Fly Access

Just noticed that Loic's new container is on the site too (perhaps a refelction on the fact i've never looked there before rather than it's newness). Saw it in Gap and recall being dead impressed with the new toggle locations Smile

As for your questions, god knows. I've got a used original PF suit on the way - 'cos it was used and cheaper than a new, well, anything!

Re: [Para_Frog] The Tracking Suit question again.
I've demo'ed the PF suit and the Prodigy in the last couple of years ago.
I found that I only got about another 20 sec freefall out of the tracking suit. The best deal cost/performance seemed to be to buy the use pantz alone.
Currently my tracking has improved about 20secs just from lots of practice just using a rel suit, but I want something more without complicating matters with a wingsuit just yet. The Matter Tracer and the Pressure Suit seem to offer a happy medium, but for some reason nobody seems to be using them much skydiving. From what has been said on previous threads, is it safe to say they are more complicated than they look.

It's not about time, it's about distance... Smile

I'll second that. My understanding is that if you're chasing freefall time under a wingsuit, in particular, it's easy to end up training yourself to fly it in a stall. As I heard Stane explain it, because a wingsuit is a very inefficient airfoil, if you want to get performance (ie, glide) out of it, you need to give it speed.

As for the comparison, I've only ever flown the PF tracking suit. I'm very happy with that, and feel it makes a considerable difference in tracking distance over, say, baggy pants. But I couldn't offer a comparison to the other suits you mention.
