Just wondering if some anntenna somewhere has been jumped?

going there for shutdown work was thinking of taking my rig

any news would be good cheers

maybe a pm to locals might be better than naming a site...

Site naming is not cool here.
But the nearest local is 4 or 5 hours away. With plenty of good objects on the road to it, it is quite possible that no one has jumped that.

Post a picture of it or and address. That'll help.

Give a general region and people will contact you. Don't post it on here. Go open that bitch up if no one answers you.

As a former cop, I promise you there isn't anyone with a badge who gives a fuck on here trolling to nail base jumpers. (NPS - another story), but rules is rules, and I jump with some friggin paranoid ass people.

So humor them.

im gonna day blaze it if nobody comes forward in the next week.

cause its in the middle of nowhere and there are no people around.

some random thoughts...

- not all jumpers read these forums.

- not all jumpers will respond to such a disrespectful request.
- "Anntenna" or antenna?

- no passwords are required to read these forums. and at least one member of law enforcement posts here! (and he has NO issue busting jumpers, btw) he has a password. anyone can get one.


- I know nothing of the object mentioned. is there only 1 valid object?

I've tried to eliminate the site name from all posts and subject lines. I have zero clue if it really is particularly important in this case. nothing personal. just enforcing the status quo...

sorry dave, im driving the company truck up there the week after next and staying in a hotel (company paid for of course), anyone wanting to tag along and crash in the hotel room is more than welcome or get a free ride there and back. Will be leaving from calgary. If i do jump it i will make sure i do it at night as low profile as possible, leave no trace. Also trying to get open a B that you know of in my home town, with N.B. as one of my friends lives there.

I figure it not wise for the mods to share who the law enforcement or NP Ranger is? PM anyone?

I only know of one. (Tom might know about others.) this officer probably focuses on the NP threads. and I'd prefer people leave him be.

I'm more concerned that other officers might be lurking threads. or have a google search on certain words (as NickDG does...). it's impossible for us to know who reads what. Harvey probably is right and LE ignores us, but is that BECAUSE we don't openly discuss details? why make it easy for them?
