Re: [Sinister] helicopter instructor with availability ?
no silverstate issues .. just that instructors can get real jobs @ 900 - 1000 hrs nowadays so they do not necessarily hang around instructing till they meet the requirements for signing of another cfi.
since the time i posted .. i found some good fellas up in ashville nc (near home :) ) who have the ability & qualifications.
ya'all need to think about learning to fly em .. they make great base recon machines ;)

How much is the flying hour in the R22 in US?

Re: [Waldschrat] helicopter instructor with availability ?
r22 - ranges from $200 to 300 us dollars
r44 - ranges from $300 to 600 us dollars
instructors - range from $0 to 45 us dollars
the rates have many factors but location within the us tends to be the dominate factor. there are some big deals such as an r44 time builder from lantana, fl to gainsville fl. & another from boston to nyc & back. both of these guys own their own r44s.
