You can jump the wingsuit with grödel, I use a six prong type with the prongs under the heel.
(Austri Alpin Power Grip Grödel - http://www.austrialpin.at). Just be careful when dressing.

For the high nose I would advise to use crampons, I have been there on the 31.12./1.1.
A lot of ice on the path and on the exit. With crampons no problem, else a slow and scary walk.

I don´t know about the conditions right now, but they should not be worse.

It's totally doable to use crampons while wingsuiting.

The "IMMBODEN" sports shop on the main street sell a set of grivel short spike crampons that works wonderfully with a wing suit.
Careful at the exits, as of a couple weeks ago it was still pretty icy!
