Just got done reading the list of nuggets and wanted to see if this qualifies:

I'm able bodied and in good shape
but still find it to be a workout.

We had to avoid the authorities in a similar situation a decade ago. i was groundcrewing after a major leg surgery. somehow, i was able to jump over a 6 foot tall fence with barbed wire at the top in two quick steps. my friend waited and eventually climbed down from 800 feet while wearing a skydiving rig and a cast on his forearm from a bad break 2 weeks before. we got away.
