... well, play play dead; it's for a movie. I accepted they use my name on condition they wrote 460's inscription on my grave... The paper work went through but it seems the art directors only realized on set that the inscription wasn't too 'graveyardly' so they had to put it on its side... In short i have to write a letter of apology to the production designer or let him know that i am sorry in some way.... noooot.

so, what will happen to it after the shoot?

Well, it belongs to the production company; at the end they either destroy the stuff or ship it to the U.S. if it's worth anything. Otherwise I'd have a massive brass disc and a statue of Saddam (with horns added) in my garden. they are pretty sticky with these things as they should be I believe.
Also, having my gravetone in the garden is where Cathie would draw the line...

Phew... When I saw the subject, I was expecting one of those letters Tom has his students write. Good to know you are still with us.

bah it's a small budget thing; I shouldn't really be posting this stuff on the internet but I couldn't resist and figured there would be no harm here.
It is kind of weird seeing my name on a tombstone though; even if it is a cladded plywood one...
