Wow. I was expecting to see another carbon fibre skydiving helmet, but from the pics, at least, this thing looks like it might be good for more than a fashion statement...

To be clear, are we talking a pillowy-soft liner skydiving-helmet style, or denser crush material like one would find in a snowboarding or motorcycle helmet?
Edit to add: Probably old news to paragliders, but apparently this helmet has been tested to a standard, EN 966, which according to one site "[..] is a European testing standard specifically designed for helmets used for sport aviation. This standard includes tests for shock absorption, penetration resistance, and specifications for visibility and head mobility." That's certainly attractive.
