How far from your closest regular object?
I'm curious as to how far other BASE jumpers live from the object they jump regularly. How long does it take you to get there?

Around these parts, it takes about 1h30m to get to a relatively low-key object.

I live in a very very good place. 30 min big S, 30 min Big A, 50 min 480 PT, 45 min 360 PT.

10 mins to 5 B's, 25 to a crane, 50 to a nice low key PT (same as hjumper33 or whatever c calls himselfTongue) oh and 4 hours to the valley Smile

Just moved to an apt. around 2 minutes away from a 1100 ft A easily jumpable on all sides with a huge platform at 405 if your in a slider off mood. 3 minutes to a 1000 ft A with a huge field goal looking candle opera at top suitable for a rope swing Cool

I am 10 mins. from Camelback mtn(legal cliff).Easy hike,and an easy jump(246ft)I have somewhere around 150 jumps off it.Kind of spoiled in AZ.

Whow, you have been starting to run fast. The chimnik is at least 5min's away. :) And since you were so pussy that you didn't even jump that one time we climbed it it really doesen't even count. :)

I live in 54 meters B and 90% of my friends tooCool 5 min to 280 meters B, 2 min to Ostankino TV tower, hundreds of 100m+ around, but i hate all of this shit! Here is no terminal wall in 2000 kmFrown

30min 240 S 2 1/2 hrs 350 480 PT, 260, 380, 1800, 2000 A's 4 hrs big S. Ive put 10,000 miles on my car in the last 3 months

Every time before we jump it and a few times from the bottom. The height does vary, depending on how much sand is washed out or built up. I've never seen a change of more than a meter or two.

Half of my jumps are in Switzerland so I guess the country is "my local country." About 60 jumps from the Nose so that's my local object.

About 12 000 miles, and 31 hours travelling door:door
