My assistant brought this to my attention. I had not heard anything about it. I do not know if it is a good thing that my assistant finds about about jumpable things before I do. Blush

It looks about as unfeasible as the London Eye -- the gondolas will be fully enclosed. Unsure

Right, but people still have to be able to get in and out, which means the door is on one of the jumpable sides. Left, right, or if facing, the jumps will only be about 400ft because you will only be able to jump when the gondola is roughly just above the 90 degree level.

Someone should get a hold of the Chinese contingent of BASE jumpers who were at BD '06 and see if they can set something up. I am sure that they could make a mint off of charging for 40 jumpers per gondola for just one run and it would get them *just a bit* of publicity.

I have my passport all ready to go whenever that thing is finished.

What-- they don't have tops to them or something?

Apologies, I was assuming a bandit jump. If it was organized, then sure I guess you could sit on the roof of the gondola hitched to a safety line and go from the top Cool
