Is there anything other than "air drying" in a shaded area your wet gear that is important to do?

Make sure to inspect to see if you got any sand out that may have snaked it's way in there from the beach.

That river water is pretty nasty. The ones we got wet we rinsed really good in clean water before drying them.

Thanks, I did hang the canopy and gave it a good inspection including brushing off any debris, appreciate your help.

Goto CR and get into the library. Once in the library you should view the RA Manual Online.pdf once you have that pulled up go in and view page 39. It was too large a file for me to post here. However I have uploaded a screen shot of that page. I would recommend that anyone regardless of gear brand at least skim thru this well thought out generic Ram Air manual for BASE jumpers.
