Be sure that it realy is a offheading and not only a linetwist and that you don't turn a perfeclty on heading flying canopy into the wall (this sounds very stupid and silly but I heard that some big fool actually has done that in Norway this year...)
"He" got away with it by climbing twice above the linetwists and turning the canopy above the twist, once to turn the canopy into the wall and second time to turn it away again.

actually not really a line - but a riser twist - which happened to me twice within three subsequent jumps at Kjerag
