Strange little mal
Having moved my toggles around a bit to get the best position on the brake line I never bothered to trim the excess, that's left below the toggles. There's probably 6 inches of excess on the rig in question. On a jump today I noticed some resitance when trying to turn left and flare, after landing I could see that the excess on the left brake line had made a little tension knot with the brake line above the toggle and it was trying to move that knot through the keeper ring that was causing the resistance. In this case it wasn't a big deal, I landed a bit harder than necessary but no damage done, but with a less forgiving landing area it could have been a problem. I've now trimmed that excess.
