a proposed 1200-foot office tower in San Francisco is being "fast tracked" and construction could start in a few years. this would be the tallest b on the west coast

it looks like the upper few hundred feet is 80-85 degrees so I dont know if you could get the full 1200 feet

Its shape won't save it . . .

The below pictured building in SF was done back in the early 90s by a BASE jumper during a "Run to the Top" contest. When the run up the stairs was completed and the competitors waited for the elevators the jumper found his own way down.

The funny part was several witnesses reported seeing the parachute decent, but the authorities dismissed the reports as impossible. I even recall a city official doing an on-camera interview saying, due to the shape of the building, a parachute jump would be impossible!

Did he jump from one of the wings? I think that would make quite a difference, versus jumping from an object which is underhung from the start.

The jumper died of cancer before I found out, but I assume he jumped from here . . .

it will be impossible, nobody even bother to come here and attempt to jump it. the landing area, if you call it that, will be poison oak laced with barbed wire. police with m-16s with sniper back up on constant patrol.

I love Poison Oak I sprinkle it on my cereal in the morning, Pamela Anderson has a barbed wire tatto which I like, and I am too slow for bullets to hit me so I'm in Nick lets do it.
