Does anyone know who was the first person to reach terminal velocity B.A.S.E. Jumping from Earth (as in the object Earth)?

i would guess it would be one of the first to go off of El Cap back in the 60s. i dont know what delays they took. im sure DG can tell you.

I would appreciate knowing the whole who, what, where, when, and why about it if anyone knows (or knows where I can find it).
