I guess i'm asking for a little slating by asking this question ...But can someone tell me how the name Three Triple Seven Came about?

I love the idea, I just can't work out if there's something in the name that i'm not getting?

Ahhhh!! At last! I knew it had to be something like that ...

You've probably all heard this before, but I haven't come on here to start dropping names or franchises just so I can appear to look cool and 'in-the-know'.

I've been fascinated with the sport for a good few years now, and although I personally only have 4 skydives under my belt right now, I WANT to get involved with the photography side of BASE and i'd like to see it first hand.

I know i'm gonna have a hard time finding anyone on here that's going to give me the time of day, but hopefully i'll bump into someone at my DZ someday that will be willing to do so.

In short, I'M SORRY if I asked a stupid question...It's just a DVD I watch sometimes and it's been bugging the hell out of me.

Iiro and Jeb could tell you for sure , they sometimes post here.

My guess is the 3 comes from the founders Iiro, Jeb and Pete. The triple 7, I would guess from slot machines in Vegas .

As far as the time of day. This site has a ton of info on it. Any question you can think of has probably already been discussed here. Just do some searches.

That's obvious, isn't it? The fourth dimension is time.

The grave is 3 feet wide, 7 feet long, 7 feet deep, and lasts for 7 years.

The gravedigger in Hamlet explains this:

Okay, so 8 years. But I think the good folks at 3777 can be forgiven a little artistic license.
