I'll be in Hyderabad, India during the last week of September. Any locals there willing to show me around. Maybe I'm grasping for straws but it's a pain in the arse taking a rig all the way around the world while traveling on business.

My home town is Hyderabad, India but I don't live there. Don't know of any BASE jumpers living there. Carry your rig only if you are really keen. You'll have to find and open objects yourself.

There may be a few antennas that could be jumped along the highway that goes to Vijaywada. There is a big one but that is fenced with 24 hour security. The TV Tower possibly.
