Pete Swan is the guy you're looking for. He's very experienced, BASE friendly/knowledgable (he used to work manufacturing BASE gear) and trusted by at least one gear manufacturer to make repairs under subcontract. Just for future reference, if anyone looks this thread up,

Corky Ferguson has many of the same skills/machines/capabilities, and is closer to Southern California. I know that Corky told me there are still some things he has to send up to Pete, though.

 

Canopy alterations? We just added black largehole mesh to an unvented canopy. And been building BASE containers too...
