The best video of basejumping is for me 2nd Base with André Bach and others norvegian guys..
the sequence in Eikesdalen is absolutly incredible.

yeah, 1ntensity is a campaign from BMW, but don't worry, we are not asking you to buy the car or make you watch car videos.

We are interested in finding people who have a passion for live and extreme sports. The videos on www.youtube.com/the1ntensity are about extreme sports and people who have a passion for life. There are videos on sky-jumping, on tesla-coil and by people who have made it an art to sit on a stool. These videos are not about cars.
We are looking for more experiences and for more people who want to show their way of life.

I agree. But, they say everybody has a price. If he was to offer a producer of one of these videos $5000 a minute for said footage, do you think they would turn it down??

Right, but it would be a much different thing if he were soliciting to purchase video. He's not however, instead he's looking to build his success and that of his product on the efforts of others with no compensation.

Some might want to play that game, but I find it to be in very poor taste.

My favorite base video is superterminal, but they are all increadible for me. I have a lot of respect for people who do stuff like that.
I did sky diving several times but I think there is a huge difference between both sports.

it might sound old fashioned, but people who BASE are a community. this forum is a community.

I think people would get a better response if they tried to GIVE to the group before attempting to TAKE. and if you have nothing to give (yet), at least try to lurk and understand before jumping in.

should you not demonstrate respect before expecting it?
