The sport of shark fucking is often brought up as an alternative for those who feel that BASE is no longer sufficiently roll-of-the-dice (due to gear advancements mostly) or too popular (due to MySpace and YouTube mostly). This book is a great introduction, although there are other guides I can recommend if you're interested.
