I am not local but the wife and I went went thru Vancouver in May on our way to Alaska.
For what it is worth here's my 3 cents:
There are plenty of tall buildings but finding one
with access and a decent LZ would take plenty
of research, in my photos is a shot of something
doable, and be sure to visit the coffee shop

I've been in Vancouver a couple of times, and I agree 100% with what you say about downtown builidings and LZs.
However, it is possible that Ether doesn't live downtown. She could easily live in a 240' buliding in one of several suburbs, and for all I know they might all come with soccer fields attached.
