It's happening to me too.
Is it not happening with everyone? What's special about these particular accounts that this is happening somewhat uniquely?
If I had a copy of the database at hand, I would do a text dump of it and examine each record until I figured out what was going on. But then I'm old-school.. I solve all the world's problems with vi.
