Is trespassing on a construction site, a felony or a mistaminer?
note: The building is owned by a private company its not state nor city.
I hear different things.
Have not been able to fine a law.
Please help me clear this up.

I can only answer for in Ca. A "simple" trespass is misd. If you cause enough damage getting in then it is felony vandalism also.

Wouldn't it depend on the state ?

I heard something along the lines of it being a felony in FL. But that is all that I know.

in florida trespassing on any construction site is in fact a felony, be careful.
