Yes, that's the one. There used to be a yearly "BASE day" there (for a couple of years, I think). The death of a notorious jumper at the last event put an end to it it seems.

there is a very experienced jumper there currently. I know of others who will pass the word along to them. good luck and dont get caught.

There is better options around in the city, and you dont need to be afraid of getting caught. This building is owned by a huge company, and they will make sure you get fined, and banned for lifetime. So getting visa after a stunt like that, could be impossible later. China is the next BASE location with so much to jump, that you will never need to jump same object twice for rest of your carrier.
