Got an unexpected trip to Italy in November... anybody have first-hand experience of jumping conditions that time of year? Northern Italy? Swiss Valley? Is it even worth bringing a rig... well, that's a dumb question... let me rephrase, what are my chances of using the rig without crampons and ice tool?

i was there for a month during october november last year and it was perfect conditions to base for all but 2 or 3 days.

ITW is an excellent choice this time of year.
