Something ive always wondered about base is what catagory do jumps from cranes and water towers fall under.(Excuse the pun!) Thanks .

Wind can blow through a crane, so I would call it an antenna...
Wind blows around and above a water tower, so I would call it a building.

wind blows around it = B
wind blows thrue it = A
wind blows under it = S
wind blows over it = E

I'm pretty sure thats how most people figure it out.

as some B's would be very similar

With a crane you can climb all the way out pretty much assuring yourself a no object strike scenerio. A crane is not an A.

A water tower is not a building. Its closer to a a power tower than anything. The wind blows through it (after the bladder portion) and most likely is in an environment that has cars driving, people walking, other buildings (a structure made to hold people inside of it) around it.

Both are considered O's in my book.

W=water towers
