This is a condensed version.

Currently, one billion Chinese jumping at the same time can not effect the rotation of the Earth.

However, if the entire population of China were to face in an easterly direction and then simultaneously fart in a westerly direction, they could spin this planet like a centrifuge.

This is information that Big Brother does not want us to know.
