It was a PM and not for board discussion!!!!! But now that you put an interpretation of our private conversation on the board let me say,
"we've worked it out and we will be looking out for each other." It might appear I have more to contribute to her project than the original footage Marah had, so these things tend to have a positive outcome when mutual interests merge. So if the fact that I'm sitting here today digitizing footage for Marah is an indication of cooperation I'd say its all worked out now.
So for the board let me say
"Marah has every right to use the footage as she pleases." I know Mike would have wanted it this way and she now has my complete support as well.
If you know of someone trying to produce some new BASE art please try and help provide them the eyes to keep a lid on the project so it doesn’t just get uploaded to the world unless they choose that path.
I've got to go and I have very little time to accomplish my aim today. I wish everyone well, be safe.

I'm happy they have worked things out to restore the best of Mike's footage.
I'm still left wondering who any third party should contact if they desire to use the footage.
