Hello,
I have a friend who is a photographer and who asked me to find base jumpers in or around the LA area that would be interested in being photographed as they go about preparing and executing a jump. She understands that this activity is not legal in California so she is prepared to follow all the guide lines that the jumpers set for her. She will provide the parties interested with all the appropriate wavers and take all the necessary risks associated with entry to properties required for the jumps. This is a personal project and will not be published in any magazine or news paper, it is for artistic purposes only. The jumpers identities will not be revealed nor the sites that they use. As compensation the jumpers interested will get some kick ass photos and a place in art history. Please PM me if anyone is interested or has any questions.

BASE jumping is not illegal in California. I have made plenty of legal jumps in California.

Oh, and just to correct your misconception, BASE jumping is perfectly legal in the state of California. It's been outlawed in National Parks, and, of course, trespassing on private property is unlawful, but BASE jumping itself is legal aside from a few specific localities with ordinances prohibiting it.
