For all immediet purposes, comming from a commercial pilot and a jumper. No, they dont mean shit. other than dont fly into me.

but good friend of mine once said "dude... its got a flashing light, it has to be jumpable."

the red indicates to the flights that heres a object they should avoid

the whith indicates to the flights that heres a object they should avoid

besides that.. you shouldnt use it for much else

which you really cant count on..
i saw Antennas whith both red and whith light on,neither of them were much higher than 75ft...

They make great hand warmers for that early morning climb.....

and.... well....
every level you can take a break (some slept) at with the light was like heaven on a cold north dakota night....

Sorry if my post was misleading in any way, but 'tis not moi riding the beacon in the photo...
I think if you investigate further, you'll find that another seriously ill base jumper (with a number significantly lower than mine) is the openly guilty party.
