If you want a hardcopy, you can order from Skydiving Magazine for $5, postpaid. Or your local skydiving gear shop might carry it.

I don't mind stealing copyrighted material, generally, but specifically, if I do what you ask, Truffer will throw rocks at my windows. He probably won't like me much anymore either.

I'm sorry. Order a copy. We all must do what we can to keep the community afloat.
