Can anyone tell me where I can buy some of the black rubber bands. I want small amounts, like a pound each of small and large (commonly used sizes for parachutes). I have searched for Ralph Ponce and skybands etc, but I don't think he does them anymore.

Last I heard Apex in Perris had a bunch. Maybe ask them if they'll sell you some in that quantity?

FYI; Black Rubber Bands (Like the one you used to get from BR) is a big no-no here in Norway. After a close one where the rubberband(man) "locked" the ML-bridle we stopped using them. We tested them, and they dont break until you apply >40kg of tension. If you must use black rubber (i guess Jeb would need them ) then cut them in half so that you get two from one.
