i had a quick question. on base pilot chutes is there usually a handle attached to it? or does one just leave excess of the pilot out of the bag?

There are different designs for different sizes. Some companies have a soft "handle" on the apex so there is something to grab onto when you reach back and some have the pvc attached. Some have nothing. I would take pictures but I am already in my pajamas.
