Re: [TomAiello] solo base, story
If I use a closed mushroom I can make sure it's out of the burble when I throw it to bridle stretch.
Combined with the super mushroom, when the PC reaches bridle stretch my weight falling away from the PC fully extends the centerline and the PC pressurizes normally.
With the open mushroom, the user doesn't have as much control if they want to toss the PC to bridle stretch. If they want to "place" the PC into the air, it's fine but it's slightly harder to throw it to bridle stretch.
Since the technique I like to use is tossing the PC to bridle stretch, and I don't like how an open mushroom acts when I do that, I prefer a nice super mushroom.
Looked at a lot of video, played with it, and decided against it.
If it's working well for others, and I do see a lot of people using this method, then rock on. I don't think there's anything wrong with it, or unsafe even. I just don't like it.
