I have been doing some thinking and reading and with a few mods could a P.D spectre make an acceptable base canopy and if not why?? and I know you should only jump base spesific gear and canopies but hypothetically speaking again what if a spectre was the cinario.

Sure, get an Ace or BJ they are made by PD

on radix doesn't jimmy jump his icurus of a bridge.

Seeing a jump done (on video or in person) does not indicate that (a) it's a good idea, (b) the jumper does that regularly, or (c) they'd use the gear off anything other than a nice span over deep water.
