4th of July is always a good time.

memorial day is a fun time with all the gear makers there and a great bunch of folks

Yeah, but it's freakin' windy. Spring is the windy season here. Fall is the best season for lots of jumping. I still can't figure out why everyone shows up for Memorial Day, but only a fraction as many are here on Labor Day, which invariably has better conditions.

I remember one particularly windy jump I made last Labor Day weekend.

It can be very windy on Labor Day weekend. At any rate, barring war with Iran or N. Korea, I plan to be in TF for both Memorial Day and Labor day this year.

For me it should read, "Barring the DoD's (Department of Defense) actual budget being what Bush has proposed, I plan to be in TF for both Memorial Day and Labor Day this year."

Damn government jobs!
