Those of you who I personally talked to.The guy has changed his mind(do to another jumper talking him in to it),and is now going to give me the video.When I have it I will post up saying so(for those of you who I talked to via personal message).This of course doesn't excuse his actions, but it helps.Thanks to all for posting.
