Movie Prop/Wardrobe: This is Killer. This is the parchute harness worn by Vin in the movie XXX. You can see him wearing this in the opening scene with him driving the corvette off the bridge. Will include a Studio COA as well as the photos you see in the picture. A great one of a kind collectible. S/H/I/P is $24.95. This is being sold as a MOVIE PROP and NOT to be used in anyway. New owner must sign a release stating that this has no use as a actual parachute harness.

So funny story (to me). Not long after the movie was released I was at a certion Span on the west coast playing ground crew for some friends, and was hiking down from the object to the pickup area (west side) and came accross a pile of jumk. In said junk was a tire and rim (damages) and a moulded bumper from guess what kind of car....... Guess I shoulda grabbed it.

Anyone happen to know what size canopy it might hold?

they make you sign a clause that says you know it's non-functional... did they make it non functional? was it a prop from the start or was he wearing a real BASE rig for his shots too??

There was an identical listing on ebay about a year ago when I was shopping for my first set of gear. Either he's still trying to sell it (doubtful), or it's bullshit. Probably an old tandem harness someone's buying for $550.

Hmm, in the photos in the auction they have a closeup of Vin's face on the falling car. How did they manage that? Photochop? It looks like a vid grab to me...

i'm guess a 'crane' scene for his close ups....
