Anyone know anything about railroad owned towers?

I found a nice site with tower that is evidently owned by a railroad company. It looks to be a repeater of some sort. It's 259' tall and at the top of the tower are two big round dishes facing opposite of each other. Nice access, nice landing area, I'm just not sure about the con's of being on this type of tower...

I've jumped plenty of railroad trestles. I'm not sure about towers they own, but I'd imagine they legal implications are about the same. I know that there are some extra penalties if they can get you for obstructing the railroads right of way.
