Not sure who can discuss this but how different is jumping urban innercity B compared to ASE? In regards to experience, wind/turbulence, access, legality and safety..

Very, very different.

Every object is different from every other, so it's not easy to generalize, but if you have to generalize, S is easiest, then A, then E, then B.

The average B is far harder than the average jump.

Would you say that more people would have an ASE number if they were available?

Certainly. The B is definitely the rarest one.
