i am a skydiver and i want to learn B.A.S.E. i am living in Turkey so i can't easly use the vast resourses in the States does anyone know anyone or anywhere i can get some training in europe or even africa.

If you can't find any locals. Read everything you can, do a bunch of 7 cell accuracy jumps, and then do a first jump course with the guys in Norway.
