what is a bean bag gun ??

not being a smart alleck, but it is a gun that shoots a small bag filled with pellets. Hence a "bean Bag" not the kind you sit in

Read shotgun... but instead of an ordinary shotgun round full of deadly pellets... theres a beanbag. It reportedly hits you with the same force as a heavyweight boxers punch. Generally it knocks the target down and leaves heavy bruising but is no more deadly than a sucker punch. It's a good non-leathal way of dealing with suspects who are armed with non-projectile weapons.

If you ever get a chance to watch the movie jackass, one of the guys in the movie lets someone shoot him with a bean bag round. Looked like it hurt like hell.

Would they be useing it before or after they jumped? I would guess before, but if they could figure out a way to make one to catch people mid air it and stop the fall, might be good for your ground crew to have. Not for cops though cause they wouldn't know the difference between a mal and a delay.... Of course if they did make one to catch people mid air I am sure that BASE jumping would change altogether, I mean who would need a rig at all? Which make me wonder why Birdman hasn't figured out how to land the suit from BASE objects yet... Ok maybe my morning sickeness is getting to my head...forget what you read and just click my clicky below....all will be forgotten...
